- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a very short wait time and was treated well but make sure to ask about billing PRIOR to your appointment. I was charged $400 for freezing 1 plantar wart because they billed it as an outpatient surgical procedure though it was done during the office visit and took 3 minutes. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give less than one star if possible. Every time I have been in for an appointment I have checked in early and still waited over a half hour past my appointment time. Then I have sat in a room waiting at least another 20 minutes to half hour to be seen by a doctor or nurse. This kind of service or scheduling is ridiculous.
